All orders are processed on a first-paid, first-served basis. We offer two payment methods: Payment First and Cash on Delivery (COD). For Payment First orders, stocks are automatically reserved once payment is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery orders, reservation is limited — stocks are only secured once the parcel is handed over to courier. Failure to receive or refusal of COD packages may result in COD suspension or prepayment requirement on future orders. Product availability may change without prior notice due to real-time inventory updates from our online platforms and live selling activities. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock errors, payment validation issues, or unfulfilled COD attempts. Customers will be notified if this happens.

All prices shown include VAT when applicable. Prices may change without notice due to supplier cost changes or promotional adjustments. Accepted payment methods: GCash, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD) via courier partners (if enabled), and other payment gateways indicated at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout or via courier partner. Delivery timelines vary based on location, courier performance, holidays, and weather conditions. Once handed over to courier, delivery speed is beyond our control, but we assist with follow-ups when needed.

We allow returns or exchanges only if: the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect size/style; the item is unused and unwashed; and the request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refunds may be issued only when: the item is unavailable and no alternative is agreed upon, or the received item is confirmed defective and no replacement is possible. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

We collect customer data solely for order processing, fulfillment, updates, and marketing (where consent is given). We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties. Payment information is encrypted and handled through secure payment gateways.
